Voicefloww Pro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website voicefloww.com and the Voicefloww Pro desktop software. We are dedicated to providing enterprise-grade voice dictation with strict user privacy standards.
When you hold the push-to-talk hotkey, your microphone records audio solely for the duration of your speech. Audio data is streamed directly to our encrypted inference gateway for immediate speech-to-text processing and is never stored, sold, or used to train third-party public AI models. Microphones are immediately released at the hardware level upon hotkey release.
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive only your verified email address, full name, and avatar URL to authenticate your subscription and manage your active Pro license.
All subscription payments are securely processed by Razorpay via UPI AutoPay, NetBanking, and PCI-DSS compliant credit/debit card infrastructure. We never store or access your credit card or bank details.
